What is coaching?
Coaching is a process that enhances and develops your growth towards your chosen and identified goals and outcomes through the art of powerful questioning, and our formulated and successful coaching process. It is a partnership between a coach and an individual that supports the achievement of extraordinary results. Through the process of coaching, individuals focus on the skills and actions needed to successfully achieve their personal and professional goals. In order to achieve practical, rapid and sustainable results, there is a recommended time period of up to 6 months. The time period will be identified and agreed upfront by both parties depending on the client’s requirements, this process forms a part of the Contracting phase of the coaching process.
Teenage and Young adult Coaching
PERFORMANCE EXCELLENCE was designed with you in mind. You will develop high performance behaviours, which will enable you to start living a happier life since your behaviours will add significant value to all the other aspects of your life. As you enter the teenage and young adult years, ages 13 – 20 this is a very challenging time for you to manage your activities and think about your future. You will learn how to set attainable goals in all areas of your life and you will have the opportunity of working with a coach one-on–one. Completing the PERFORMANCE EXCELLENCE workbook and working through your Performance Improvement Plan with your coach, is dependent on your dedication. This enjoyable form of coaching is typically undertaken over a period of 3-6 months with an hourly coaching session per week.
